• For the remainder of the time between your Consultation Meeting, Wedding Booking and Confirmation through to your arrival in Cyprus for your wedding, we are here to help. There will always be assistance at the end of a text message, Facebook or Instagram message, email or even a call, either by your Wedding Planner or by the extended team of Marry Me Cyprus in your Planners absence. No matter what the questions are? what the need is? There is help for you every step of the way

• Marry Me Cyprus will provide you with a schedule calendar and this will remind you of dates for choices, things to be finalised and a countdown to your day. This will include providing you with the detailed checklist of the legal information and documents you need, guidance and advice on ‘where’ to go and get your Statutory Declarations and supporting documents for the Town Hall, 3 months before the Big Day. 

• Sometimes we find our Clients feel that there is little to do from the initial excitement of Planning and Confirming the Wedding Day, that means we are doing our job well! Remember we are always here for you and if you haven't heard from us, its not because we aren't busy working on your Day, but because until we have the final numbers for the day, there is nothing extra to chase you for - all outstanding information will be finalised from the pre-12 Week Checks dates.

• 12 Weeks prior to your arrival we will have a Facetime call or telephone conversation where we will go over the final plans for the day! We ask that you check and confirm that everything is to your choices and finalise your budget. At this stage we will detail the outstanding account balances, supplier choices, table plans and finer details. The Wedding Planner document will be updated and the 6 week call will be scheduled prior to leaving for Cyprus. This is where we can provide you with additional assistance for the requirements of the Legal Information and any questions you may have.

• 6 Weeks prior to the Big Day – time to get this final and the point of finalising your suppliers with numbers. This is invoice due date so we can pay your suppliers. We will then schedule your Town Hall Appointment for the Wedding Licence Application and your Pre Wedding Meeting Appointment on arrival to Cyprus. Your Final Wedding Planner Document will be updated and sent to you – any additional changes / revisions would be made ‘in resort’ (when you arrive) and the Day Guide would then be amended on the Pre Wedding Meeting. 

• Pack up and time to fly!! We will provide you with a detailed checklist on everything to pack and what to bring – including all your little extras. On your arrival to Cyprus, you will be met by your Wedding Planner as scheduled. Collecting you from your hotel, we will visit the Town Hall for the Wedding Licence and then we will head off to the Venue for the Pre Wedding Meeting to finalise all the plans and make sure you are happy with the Timeline and more detailed information for the Day. Once we have finished, we will take you back to your hotel / accommodation and the remainder of the time before your wedding is left to you to enjoy and soak up the sunshine. We will be at the end of the phone anytime of the day or night for you and any help you need whilst you are in resort and through until the end of the holiday. 

• Wedding Bells! Today is the day! Your Planner will be with you from early morning with a glass of bubbly and the Wedding Plan. Whilst you are turned into a princess by your Hair & Make Up team we will make sure all the finalities are perfect. We are on hand to you and the entirety of your Wedding Day from this moment until you step onto the aisle and become a beautiful bride. 

• Marry Me Cyprus will be with you every step of the way! On the Wedding Day we are scheduled to leave after the First Dance – this is longer than any other planner in Cyprus – for us its to make sure we have ‘everything to the last tee’ covered and perfected for your day! In fact, even after you are married, we are here to help conclude your day and thank your suppliers, return hire equipment whilst you wake as a Mrs and soak in the beautiful views from your hotel. 

• Nothing is too much trouble and any questions you have, we have answered many times before so please don’t be frightened to ask. We are your eyes, ears and heart in Cyprus, to which your service with us will be delivered with as much care and attention as if it was our own xx
