If I have my own Wedding Favours what shall I do?

Marry Me Cyprus will assist with some of the Wedding Favour Set Up (providing this isn’t too time consuming) We will ask that you bring the items to your Pre Wedding Meeting with your Wedding Planner with a detailed list of what is to go where. Your Wedding Planner will then deliver these to the Wedding Dressing & Styling Team who will put out for you on the day.

What if I Forget My Legal Documents?

This is imperative that you do not forget them ! No different to forgetting your passport - without them we cannot get you legally married. If in the worst case you do forget them, we can carry on the Wedding Day as a Symbolic Ceremony but not legal.

What If I want to Book My Own Suppliers 

Please check with your Wedding Planner. We work effortlessly to have the best suppliers at the most competitive rates . This isn't to say we wont or cant work with other suppliers - but there may be a very good reason as to why we cant or wont. If you do have a specific supplier you wish to work with then let us check them out for you before you part with any deposits - as some venues they may not be authorised to work at. If you do choose to book your own suppliers direct you are responsible for managing the booking and their attendance on the day as this would be something we couldn't do without knowing they wont let you down.

Working with Other Decoration Companies 

Unfortunately it is in our Terms and Conditions that we do not work with any other Decoration Company. When you book your Wedding with Marry Me Cyprus you are required to use our Decoration & Dressing Services. This is due to having been previously let down at a Wedding and the service wasn't provided. We are the largest stockists of Décor in Cyprus and the most competitively priced with an additional 10% discount on our prices as a Planning Bride.

I will Need My Dress Steaming When I Arrive In Cyprus 

This will depend on the condition it was packed into the Bride Box for Travel and the material of the dress but don’t worry we have a fantastic Supplier that will come to the accommodation on the day of the Wedding - where you will get married - and steam your dress ready to put on. 

I will Need My Dress Cleaning After the Wedding and Ready to Take Home?

We can arrange this with the amazing Mark! He can work miracles ! Let us know and we will book this in for you. The dress will be cleaned, steamed and folded back into your Bride Box to transport home. 

We Have Some Guests with Food Allergies?

No problems, we will go through this when we start the Wedding Planning . Please make a note on your Wedding Planner Document.

What is Available for Children for the Wedding? Do you Have Childminders?

We have the wonderful Soft Play Facilities with Mini Mania who are DBS checked childminders. Alternatively they can provide a separate Childminding Service without the Soft Play

When Do I Get a Timeline of the Wedding Day?

We will populate the First Version of your timeline plan at the 6 month Pre Wedding Check when we generate the First Version of the Wedding Planner Document. The Final Timeline plan will be reviewed in the Pre Wedding Meeting on your arrival

Can I Get Married Any Earlier than What Has Been Booked for the Ceremony?

No. There is a reason the times are stipulated by the Municipal / Town Hall and that’s normally because it is too hot! 

Wedding Hire and Dressing – When Shall I Book?

As stated in the Next Step Process, we advise you to book the larger items as soon as you know you would like them. The smaller dressings like centrepieces and chair sashes can be chosen at anytime

Confetti – What Can We Use ?

All venues prefer ‘fresh rose petals’ due to the surroundings and environment. In NO circumstances can you use Confetti Cannons . If you are bringing confetti from the UK it must be Biodegradable. Please check with your Wedding Planner first

Up to Date Quotation Request in Season Time

Whilst we appreciate this is important to you and you may have made some changes to the current quotation and confirmation, please bear with us to get this to you. We have limited administration days during the season and would normally complete this at the end of the season or the 6 month planning check. We will always endeavour to assist you where we can but all files are held by the individual planner so can take a little while to get this to you.

Visiting Cyprus Before the Wedding 

We would love to see you!! Remember we can arrange a PRE WEDDING Visit for you.

This consists of us meeting with you, taking you to the Venue, a visit to our gorgeous Dressing Showroom and then followed by Cake Tasting at Love Island Cakes 

When do I need to arrive in Cyprus ?

We ask that you allow 3 days before the Wedding (working days) but know this isn't always achievable. You MUST allow a minimum of 1 Working Day prior to the Wedding Ceremony Time - for example : if you get married Tuesday at 4pm we must take you to the Town Hall Monday at 9am for your Licence Meeting. If you get married Monday at 4pm we must take you to the Town Hall Friday at 9am for your Licence Meeting. 

I am staying someone other than my Holiday Hotel at the end of the Wedding Day . Where can I put my luggage?

Arrange this with your Wedding Planner. We will ensure that at the end of the night your luggage needed will be in the transportation provided for your Wedding Night return.
